1.How can I place an order/make the payment?
You are requested to follow the following steps to place your order:
•Identify an items with Codes of your choice from the Website !
•Prepare an order in Doc file or others according the web codes !
•Once you have prepared an order , send it to us.
We will send you the Pro-forma Invoice within 24 hours for your order with price and Shipping Charge with our Company Information. |

2.Can I phone or fax my order?
We accept wholesale orders generated ONLINE ONLY. At present, we do not offer a facility for order by phone or order by fax. However, we do accept WHOLESALE ORDERS through e-mail at smoking_traditions@yahoo.com |

3.How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?

4.Are the items dispatched as per the display on webpage?
Since our products are handmade, the product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate so it may be a liitle worry with colors and shapes. Hence, there may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products. Smokers Era is very conscious with the Customer or Buyer who is in progresive mode with an order.

5. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
It depends on the Order.How bigger/Smaller it is ? We take 7-10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse, after confirmation of your order. The courier agency will require additional time to deliver the products to you. This would vary from destination to destination. |

Delivery of an orders is made through Air Cargo, Ocean Cargo and Courier. |

8.Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
You cannot cancel the orders that are in the processing state. Once your order has entered the 'Processed' status, we will not be able to cancel your order. You can cancel an order in those condition if the material has not in progressive mode or manufacturing mode.To cancel an order, you send us email , if the material is not in manufacturing process then it may be cancel at that time. |
